I came in at about 11:45 AM and ordered a stack of pancakes and some sausage. It was extremely busy and I could tell there was a lot of stress in the environment. My waitress, Shamika did an excellent job in ensuring that those assigned to her were happy and well served, regardless of the stress she was being put through with the amount of people there were as opposed to the amount of employees. I was told a couple people called out and while everyone else seemed to be in a stressful mood, I observed Shemika continuing excellent service while not letting the stress interfere with her mood. The food was excellent as well, this location has always done very well with getting orders out in a timely manner as well. Thank you for serving me today.

Went to IHOP like we always do after the Rose City Run, and I’ll be honest—things felt a little different this time, but in the best way possible. First off, I was lucky enough to get my favorite waitress again, and as always, she was absolutely on point. She knows her stuff, stays on top of everything, and just makes the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Then I noticed something new—a $6 menu. That caught my attention right away, and for a few of us, it was exactly what we needed. Affordable, satisfying, and no shortcuts on quality. It definitely delivered. What really stood out, though, was a gentleman who kept stopping by our table to check in and make sure everything was going well. At first, I thought it was a little unusual—but honestly, it was appreciated. Turns out, he’s part of the new management team. And if that level of attention to detail is any indication of where things are headed, I’d say this place is on the rise. If you’ve stayed away because of a past experience, it might be time to reconsider. I walked out of there very pleased—and that says a lot.

I came with a friend and we sat in a booth that was closed off. It was perfect seating. Felt super private and we got to sit for a while and talk. Fred the manager was so kind! We didn’t feel rushed at all but rather super welcome and valued. Shariyah was our server. She was so sweet! She was very attentive and quick to check on us and make sure we had everything that we needed and everything was to our liking. Really great team!

The atmosphere was very clean, I loved the pancakes and service there too! When I go here the pancakes are so warm and yummy, plus, the bacon and eggs are just to die for when you need breakfast in the morning. I go here every morning and I will be a loyal customer forever!
