Went to the IHOP on Koapaka st. by the airport for the first time ever and it opened in 2018 and I am 68 and drive by it 10x per week.Our server was HUNTER a patient young lady (cool name right) who made EVERYTHING PERFECT and of course THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. The steak omelette was HUGE and the fried rice special with 2 eggs and 4 types of meat was ONOLICIOUS. As Hunter said, most people come back and SHE IS RIGHT. Hopefully back next wknd. Thank you HUNTER.

Seated quickly. Told the name of who would be serving us. Al came to our table within a few minutes of seating. Introduced himself and took our drink orders. Drinks came quickly and he took our food orders and offered suggestions. Food came quickly and was delicious. I had the classic Eggs Benedict. Poached eggs, hollandaise, and English muffin all good. It came with ham instead of Canadian bacon but still good. I got it with a side of chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Didn't even need syrup! So chocolatey! Al was very helpful and came by often to check on us.

Food is always good, our server Kaiwi ( i believe that was her name) is the best. great atmosphere and the young man Shykes that buses/clears off the tables is fast, friendly and does such a great job of cleaning up after customers leave. Great team at this IHOP location.

***Update***: I feel like I have to add how amazing our server Chelsea has been to our family. The second time we came here was about a month after our first visit, and she somehow remembered all of our orders from the previous visit. We've been here about five or so times now, and Chelsea has always been incredibly kind and patient with our 3-year-old daughter. She is just as friendly and welcoming to my wife and me. It’s the kind of service that really stands out and makes a restaurant feel comfortable and familiar. Chelsea is honestly one of the bigger reasons we keep coming back to this IHOP. She is fantastic at what she does, and if anyone there deserves some extra recognition (or a raise), it’s her. Also, Kids Eat Free does seem to be permanent every day in the evenings. It's a fantastic promotion for families. ***Original Review*** This IHOP near the Honolulu airport was a great fit for our family, especially because they currently have a Kids Eat Free promotion every day from 4–10 p.m. I asked our server whether it was temporary, and she said they had originally been told it would last until the end of the month, but that was about three months ago and she now thinks it may be permanent. Before this, the ongoing promotion had been limited to Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so I would still confirm before visiting in case it changes. The restaurant was clean, not too crowded, and we had no wait for a table. Our food came out in about 10 minutes. We also had a nice view of the rail outside around sunset, which made the setting better than I expected for a casual airport-area restaurant. I had the Jalapeño Kick Burger with onion rings, my wife had a breakfast combination with bacon, eggs, pancakes, and hash browns, and our 3-year-old had waffles and french fries. Everything tasted great. Our server was kind and attentive and even brought me a few extra onion rings because she thought the original portion looked small. Our total was around $41 before tip, and we still took home a good amount of food. For a family of three nowadays, that felt like a very reasonable value. The IHOP app also offers promotions and lets you earn PanCoins that can be redeemed for rewards, so this location can be a surprisingly good deal when the kids promotion and app rewards are combined. Overall, this was an easy, enjoyable, and family-friendly dinner near the airport, and we would gladly return.

I had a hankering for breakfast this late afternoon. What better place near the airport than IHOP. I had the best server named Chelsea she was extremely courteous, helpful and kind. I’ll comeback because she’s an awesome waitress.

Usually only has one waitress. I've been about five times and I've only ever seen the same girl with cat ears. Don't get me wrong she's a good waitress but if there's a lot of people you're going to wait awhile.

Definitely a little on the pricey side for a IHOP. Nothing was under 20 bucks. Alefosio kicked butt tho. He was kind of a jack of all trades. Taking orders, ringing people up, hosting. He was very nice and made the experience good.
