I like quiet restaurants and Wednesday evening IHOP was quiet. Food was very good and waitress attentive. Cost was reasonable compared to other sit down restaurants I have gone to. Cooks did excellent job of timing food prep. My wife got steak and mashed potatoes while I had pancakes and omelet. Both came at same time and cooked properly. Still fresh. Was an enjoyable meal

I was finding a place to enjoy food and art with a well peaceful sound background wile on break from work. This place worked, good vibes. Nice staff, especially Kellie. When seated by one of the windows you can see the birds flock around the berry trees during the fall/winter.

We got dinner tonight, and we're served by Kellie and she gave us the best customer service we have ever received. If it was me I would come here and ask for her every time, she needs a raise! When I complimented the food she even said she decorated it herself, and it was perfectly done! Edit: I will sadly be having to alter my post. Celiac is a big thing in modern day society, and it's a very big deal, especially when very few places cater to it. IHOP has officially taken gluten sensitive pancakes off their menu, and in return they have taken themselves out of all future itineraries I plan. Gluten free is not an option for a lot of people, stop treating about it!

Service was fast and amazing. Food was ok... Small portions for French toast and sausage was not what I am use to for IHOP. The server was very friendly and fast and was always available quickly with our bill and to go cup. Wish the food was better quality. Service is only reason giving 3 stars
