Update: Even 8 years later, we still remember having a great experience at IHOP. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, and the service made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. Breakfast came out hot and exactly the way we ordered it. The pancakes were fantastic, the coffee was fresh, and everything had that classic IHOP comfort-food feeling that makes you want to come back again. What really stood out was the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Even during a busy time, the employees kept things moving smoothly and made customers feel welcome. It was one of those simple but memorable dining experiences that stayed with us over the years. As Mike & Amy’s Small Town Adventures, we have visited restaurants all across Illinois and beyond, and this IHOP location remains one of the stops we still remember positively years later. I enjoy coming to this location located 100 South Mannheim Rd. in Hillside Illinois. The atmosphere is always pleasant. The service is great. Mr Javier Medina, is always very pleasant, patient and professional. When you enter into the store, he’s always assisting his staff. He walks around to make sure the customers are well taken care of. I have seen him handle difficult situations with difficult customers by being professional, and with kindness. If this location is ever short staffed, you would never know it because it’s always moving and customers are taking care of. In order to run any establishment, you have to have a great leadership. Mr Javier Medina always show great leader ship skills with great customer service.
