Fantastic to find an IHOP that is up to the standard they used to be in years gone by - spotless and tidy, no cooking oil smells, smart friendly professional staff, and plenty of them, fast service with hot very well prepared quality food, thanks for the great service team & keep up the great work.

Sooooo I just want to say I’m actually shocked at how low the reviews are on Apple Maps. I went to First Watch the day prior because of it and wish I hadn’t. I say all that to say this is probably the best IHOP I’ve been to…like ever. I actually drank all of the coffee. My friend loved her waffle. My eggs were cooked perfectly. Now I will say that I wanted my steak cooked medium rare and it is very much well done, however they make up for it with the flavor. I was actually jealous of the other food that came out because all of it looked great. Not sure who is cooking, but please keep them!!! But more importantly, our waitress was the best. I think her name may be Emily not too sure (sorry!!!). She’s fantastic and was so sweet to everyone. She did forget a few things but with the volume of customers there were at the time she did amazing and didn’t let it take away from amazing customer service. I hope management here knows they have fantastic staff!

Food was good. It's IHop so you know what to expect. The only issue was some confusion over open hours? Google says they close at midnight (which I think is the accurate time) but upon entering the plaza, the big sign says "IHop open 24 hours. " They should really cover that if it is no longer the case. Service was great though even though they got a last minute rush from prom and a concert letting out!

Food was great. I personally had an omelette. And protein pancakes, but the service the atmosphere and the food, of course was very good. Only problem I had was they put my tomatoes on the top instead of on the inside, but even then that’s more of my problem since I didn’t specify it

The breakfast was so good I loved the spinach and mushroom omelette and with that I had hash browns and ice vanilla coffee everything was so delicious and yummy I recommend to try this omelette

Been here about 5 times and the food itself is 4.5. They can do better with that iced coffee because I know it has ice(water) in it but as soon as I received my drink I tasted it right away & if it weren't for the chocolate inside I wouldn't have tasted anything because it has a weak watered down taste. I really appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a clean restaurant from the tables to the floors even to the bathrooms.

visited on a sunday for brunch. tables were about 75% occupancy but less than 5 minute wait to be seated. Great service, clean and friendly atmosphere. Considering how busy it was this is one better Ihop restaurants we've been to and its just down the street from O'hare.

Hadn't been in in awhile, but was hungry for some breakfast. My server (I didn't catch her name) was kinda new, kinda nervous but was super friendly & that means more to me than anything!! There was a mishap with the bill and the GM Steve handled it very well. He was a hands on GM, bringing food to tables, grabbing checks etc. Was nice to see as most managers/GMs hide in plain sight and let everyone else do the work 😂 All in all, great quick breakfast & nice service & great hospitality!!

Brunch was crazy busy but staff was constantly cleaning and welcoming guests. Considering the volume of customers the food didn't take too long to be served. Our server ROSA was a rock star! She made us feel welcome and regularly followed up. Food was delicious as usual with IHOP! Thank you to everyone at this location.
