It was a good IHOP breakfast, everybody pretty much knows what to expect for food which is always pretty darn good for breakfast on the go. Restaurant cleanliness and staff friendliness set this one apart as an enjoyable experience and worth a stop when in Hays, KS

I come through Hayes quarterly, have tried other breakfast places in town, but IHOP is where I consistently return to. The service is variable, but the food is consistently good and hot. And, it’s located close to my hotel. Happy to recommend it to anyone passing through.

Best place to stop if you craving an amazing egg, bacon and pancake breakfast. Food was superb. Our waiter, he was the best! Chatted to us. We spoke about rugby, soccer and football. He really made me feel comfortable. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This place was delicious! Food was hot and tasted amazing! I got a salad and 2 pancakes! And hot coffee! The waitress, I’m sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she had black hair and had a pony tail. I know that does not narrow it down, probably! But she was very kind !

We stopped at the Hays IHOP last Sunday because it had been a very long time since we ate at one. The food and service were exemplary. The poblano omelet was fabulous. My wife loved the pancakes. Last night, passing back through, we stopped again. Cassie was awesome and the food was a well. Fabulous service, great food, and a very clean restaurant.

The waitress, Cassie, was absolutely phenomenal! Very polite and energetic, despite it being nearly 1am! Someone get her a pay raise! The food was excellent, ordered sirloin steak tips, 9.5/10. Slightly more cooked than I would like, but that’s to be expected from a restaurant.

I love going to IHOP in Hays, Kansas. In fact, I make sure to go at least once a week. It has now become my favorite IHOP restaurant because of Daniel. He always greets me and all the guests with great hospitality, respect and he is very attentive to details. He is very service-oriented and knowledgeable about the food they serve at this location even though he is a brand new server. More so, I’ve seen him serve in these capacity consistently among al his customers. Daniel rocks! IHOP should be grateful to have him around, and they better keep him. He works very hard and pay attention to each customer’s needs and orders. I’ve witnessed these whether the restaurant is full or not, and he remains consistent. He always gives a smile to the people he serves even though some of customers treat him poorly, taken advantaged of and feel entitled to do whatever they want in the restaurant. Thank you Daniel for your great service and for treating your customers with utmost respect, hospitality and charm!!!

Me and my wife went to dinner here a few days ago at about 11:30pm after we both got off work and let me tell you the staff was AMAZING our server daniel went above and beyond without any hesitation the cooks in the back did amazing on our meals we ordered the big steak omelet and country fried steak and eggs they were both amazing I will definitely be returning

Food was out within 5 minutes, the place is clean and I can tell the company is keeping up with maintenance. My server was a younger kid he was very respectful and polite! Thats hard to find these days.
