When my sister and I walked in, Diego greeted us with a smile and complicated my sister on her sunglasses. He then assisted us in finding our friend who arrived before us. Next, our waitress, Jenny, introduced herself and had coffee ready and took our orders. It didn’t take very long when she brought out our food. The orders were spot on and delicious. The Manager, Summer, came by to check on us and asked if we needed anything. She was very professional. Then, the owner, Nadia came by and chatted with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with her. My sister and I had a very wonderful experience at I-Hop.

Great atmosphere, service & attention to detail. We were greeted at the door by Diego who was so sweet & complimentary. The server, Jenny, was so pleasant & attentive to our needs. Summer, the manager, couldn’t have been sweeter & checked on us. We enjoyed chatting with her. The owner, Nadia, could not have been nicer. She does an amazing job empowering & uplifting her employees. Her interaction with the customers is commendable. She truly cares about everyone. She is an asset to the I-Hop franchise!

The wife and I came here Saturday night and I must say we really enjoyed it. One of the managers came to our table introduced herself and made sure everything was up to par, it was nice u really dont see people care like she did anymore so shoutout to those cooks bc the food was phenomenal and Brittany she was making everything rock and roll. Had a wonderful late lunch here. I mean, the food was ok....it's IHOP 🤷, but had a darling waitress "Sunny" who really made this basic IHOP visit to an extra elevated experience with her warm and genuine portrayl, and by granting every wish and want, and there were plenty, to my tribe of 4 consisting of my 22nyear old son, 17yr old son, 14yr old son, and 9yr old daughter. Being a seasoned veteran, with 30 plus years experience working in some of the most celebrated places in the city, Brennan's...Antoine's.... I am here to tell you sweetie, you will do well and prosper in this industry....you have the right idea, and you hold the 🗝️ to the hospitality business already, at your tender age , which is MAKING GUESTS FEEL WELCOMED, ASSURING THEM THAT THEY ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE, RIGHT NOW. Nmattwr what ones budget is to spent that day or night, whether it's $40, $400, or even $4,000, everyone deserves to have an extra elevated, dining experience.With your oh so very sweet, warm, authentic demeanor, you didn't sound like a broken record, and your responses were real and raw, and our small chit chat was spot on, your timing was impeccable, knowing when to stay, and when to take off.... not everyone can do what we do💁....thank you for serving us that day, I know you were about to get off, but took us without one hint of aggravation or attitude. I highly suggest to challenge yourself and maybe venture into the city, where we make upwards of 1500 to 2k every week, sometimes more! ( you saw my 'wad" 😁 and that was made in just a few short days🤷) I really hope I made your day as well💁and keep doing it how you do it!!🥰

I haven’t been to ihop in YEARS! My mother in law was craving breakfast at lunchtime and suggested it. I was blown away at how clean the place was and how friendly the wait staff was. I got chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream on top. Although I must admit I was eating dessert and calling it lunch-it was YUMMY!

Stopped here in the late morning to get a cup of coffee and to kill some time. First time at this location and I was very pleased. It's a little smaller than the one on Williams. After I ordered my coffee I started to realize from the prodding of my stomach that apparently I was hungry too. So I ordered some grits, hashbrowns and some bacon. My server asked me how I like my bacon which I didn't know I had a choice. Well it was crispy like I asked for and need I say delicious. The hash browns were great too. The grits were in a bowl, a big bowl. I assumed it was going to be in a cup or a small bowl. It was good but I had to bring half home after eating 4 slices of bacon and hashbrowns. Food was fast and service was good. I didn't wait at all. Maybe because I came in between breakfast and lunch. Only complaint is the booth was a little small with the table being too close and the seat was low. I felt like a short fat guy even though I'm 6'1"!!

Had a great breakfast this morning. Ryan was our waiter this evening. He seated us immediately and brought out our drinks. He gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. He took our order and brought out our food very quickly. Everything was delicious. All in all a great experience with Ryan. He is definitely a great employee. Very professional and kind and thanked us for coming in.
