New management again. I did notice more employees to give more service and better service. The wait times are far shorter for refills on drinks and food came really fast compared to past visits. Great job on recovery of your store in Liberty Mo. Update April 5th 2026: Very difficult to tell this place is open driving by on the highway. Still needs a little more attention to cleaning floors and restrooms.

It seems odd to give a 5-star review to a family-style restaurant, but this particular IHOP couldn’t be any better. It had been closed for a while, but reopened a few months ago under new ownership and new management. What a difference! We are so pleased with the value, service and quality that we have become “regulars”. Aside from our food being cooked perfectly (I’m ultra picky about my eggs), we actually enjoy watching the energetic staff work. Everyone is busy, but they’re always smiling. The manager clearly leads by example and his staff works together as a team. Even the host stands out. I’m not sure how long the $6 Breakfasts will be available, but it’s an amazing deal. Today, I had 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 sausage links for $6 with great service provided by Monica.

You have a wonderful business but your signage is terrible and needs to be seen especially from I-35. Also could use signage on the interstate and a billboard both directions would be awesome . People don't know you're there. I strongly suggest that you work on this.

New management is doing a great job! Great service, very clean. It's a bit pricey but a lot of food, everything we had was delicious. We'll be going back soon.

Thankful IHOP had reopened in Liberty! I just had one of the best omelette I have had in a long time. Service was great and their coffee is really good. I highly suggest giving them a try.

The new management has turned this place around. Great service, my drink was always full. The food came quick. We were in and out in 40 minutes or less even though the place was packed on a Sunday morning.

I grew up with I Hop as a staple for our family. We were sad when the last owners took over and this location and it went downhill fast. So glad that we have new ownership and opened back up. Our kids (now grown) have spent many nights eating at this location with friends. To the new owners, thank you for investing in this location and bringing it bank to life. Great atmosphere, great service, great food!

iHop has reopened under new management and my family is so glad they did. I ordered breakfast for dinner for a family game night. Food was hot when I picked it up. I put it in my car with a coat covering it to hold in the heat. It was delicious and stayed warm. Kids were happy and everyone ate - even the picky ones because they love pancakes. I also appreciate Makayla's help with putting this together for me. We are order Christmas breakfast for Christmas dinner because it was such a hit. and I DIDN'T HAVE TO COOK!

Saw that this liberty ihop was reopened and under new management. I came in with my young grandson and they were great getting us settled in. They even brought out his fruit early to help while waiting for our food. It was busy but the service was exceptional and the place was clean!!! 5 stars 🌟 for Daisy and the other girls that were working last night!!! Props to the kitchen as well for keeping up with the rush. I will definitely be back!!!
