Let me start by saying that Ronica H is by far the friendliest, best wait staff we have ever had at any IHOP across the country.. and we have been to IHOPs all over the US of A. In addition to her excellent service, the food was outstanding and it came out very quickly even though it was a busy Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms were clean and everyone was helpful. We would definitely come back when we are in the area.

Let’s talk about it!!! Tonics was the best server!! So sweet and so funny! She killed it!!! The food was so amazing. We live in Alton where they are all closed… and have when downhil so bad!! But this place did not disappoint. I had the gluten free pancakes which were the best around!! And the omelet did not disappoint!! My wife is so picky about her bacon but absolutely loved it!! Such an amazing experience with food and service

Okay, so the inside of the restaurant looked a little worn down and the people working weren't the friendliest. However, the food was really good! My order was correct. The food was hot. And most importantly...they were OPEN when everywhere else was closed for the night. I don't think the inside dining area was open, but I was able to go on the IHOP app, place an order, and pick up really good, hot meals in 15 minutes! Since restaurants and retailers (including grocery stores) close by 11PM, this is life changing!! ***I'm only talking about this location in Brentwood! The one on Chippewa is disgusting. The food and the service are horrible. I would rather go hungry than eat anything from that location***

This IHOP on Clayton has the friendliest staff I've been around in a long time and it was very refreshing. Greeted as you walk in the door, seated without a delay, friendly crew, friendlier waitress, willing to answer questions about the menu, food came out hot and tasty, just all around great service. I even heard the next table complimenting the waitress on her service. My only complaint was it was cold air blowng from the vents on a cold, snowy day. Their staff needs to be recognized for the great job they're doing with their customers.
