This IHOP had a friendly vibe, a warm and inviting dining room and great service. DeeDee was awesome. The kitchen was on point and the restaurant was clean. Herb the manager on duty was friendly and everyone came together to make a really nice breakfast stop happen for me. I'll be back again for sure.

Hadn’t been to an ihop in ages. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Highly recommend the protein pancakes! Coffee was quite good too. My server was fast and friendly. It was a weekday around 11:30am and was starting to get crowded when I left.

Food took a bit long to come out but with how busy it was, I felt it was justified. Staff are fun and visibly are having a good time with staff and customers alike. Overall, always a pleasant visit and our server, Cassidy, was a great hostess. Kind and respectful, I would come back again!

Update: I was the one who took the effort to put a nice review but earlier today I was treated very badly this Sunday morning by the front staff and a waiter. I understand you guys are super frustrated with the heavy crowd on a Sunday morning but that doesn’t give you the right to treat a customer the way you treated - this is what happened. Super full parking lot - people waiting in line - they didn’t take our names until my husband parked the car and came in - that’s frustrating because we are lying about the head count. So we waited ten minutes and then the rude waiter comes in and she’s like - is the full party here in a rude southern accent - can I see the faces ? It was v rude and I told her this - there’s abs no need for you to be rude to a customer ok ? Only because we are here you guys run your businesses successfully and you have jobs - natural right - when you get treated that way esp im an immigrant - I felt so frustrated and walked out Pls teach your staffs to be a bit courteous.., Our day got spoilt .. ———— One awesome branch So cozy That I’m scared to write a review because it’l get crowded .. so cozy the waitress Tequila was so kind .. pancakes and food was v nice ..

Ameinah was our server and she was excellent! Food came out fast and was good! Only problem is I’m older and can’t really tolerate screaming kids. Ameinah moved our table for us! She did great with accommodating us ! She was all smiles the entire visit! Thanks Ameinah !

Amyra was an amazing server! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She had a great attitude, checked in at the right moments without being overwhelming, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service. I would definitely come back and ask for her again!
