A great place to go to for brunch. I feel on the day we went, they were a little short staffed. The lady who served us worked non-stop but it took a while for everything we asked for. Update: 9/6/25. Shout out to Nyunita who is a great server, pleasant, efficient, and just gave us a great experience.

Amazing place very respectful staff members always kind and welcoming this place is genuinely awesome. I had a server i think her name start with a K? She has curly hair red highlights on it shes such a nice girl very welcoming and heartwarming person genuinely wish we could've gave her a bigger tip she definitely deserves a raise

I'm a breakfast guy. Give me eggs, pancakes, omlette, etc, any time of day, and I'm a happy man. So, IHOP is my kind of place. I also like good value for my money. So, the IHOP Value Menu is my go-to. Today, for example, I opted for the "breakfast sampler" --- two eggs, two pancakes, and two strips of bacon for just $7! Next time, I may go for the French Toast sampler --- eggs, bacon, and, of course, French Toast. I am also a big fan of IHOP coffee. And I like that they bring your coffee in a carafe so you can pour yourself a refill. Finally, I want to mention our server, Karla. She was friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

The Franklin Park IHOP is absolutely fantastic! The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what you crave. The staff is super attentive and genuinely friendly. It's a clean and welcoming spot! Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service (shout-out to our waitress Susan)! Weirdly deserted for 6:15 on a Monday night, but that just means it's quieter and there's no wait. Unsure why business was so slow considering the food was genuinely the best I've ever had at an IHOP. Taking one star off the atmosphere rating because the music seemed unnecessarily loud but that's my only nitpick. 9/10, would absolutely eat here again if I go back to this part of Jersey.

Came here looking for a quick and delicious breakfast, and got exactly that. I came here on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a friendly hostess and manager. My server was attentive, welcoming, and a pleasure to be served by. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I will certainly be back here.

We are long time IHOP patrons, but this was our first at this location. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and professional. The food came in a timely manner and was as good as we've had from other IHOPs. We received a discount for being there on "Senior night". We look forward to dining there in the near future.

Spicy poblano. the shredded beef is the secret weapon here—tender and umami-rich, it provides a hearty base that stands up to the heat of the serrano peppers used as a garnish.

Enjoyed the food. Got the pancake combo with Tres Leches pancakes a poached egg, sausage and hash browns. The pancakes were awesome, the poached egg was made nicely, the sausage tasted good but was small, the hash browns were ok. Hostess wasn't there waited for a long while. However, Waitress was on point and pleasant.
