If you seek good, simple food with value pricing, this is your kind of place. I had the "breakfast favs combo" that comes with: ---2 Buttermilk Pancakes ---2 Eggs ---2 Strips of Bacon For just $7.00* It was delicious and just enough to fill up a big guy like me. We will be back to try some other menu options. *In their national advertising it is listed as $6. Not sure why we were charged a dollar more, but, even at $7 it was a good value. However, on a return visit, I looked more closely at the bill --- the charge for coffee was $3.49. So, if you add the charge for coffee the breakfast now comes in $10.49! Still a good price for the breakfast, but not the great bargain that it initially seemed to be.

Andre Was such a great server and was on time with our food, and always made sure we were doing good, But when we arrived the Host didn’t even greet us and was rude but it was all made up when the Manager Alfredo came through for us, He was very professional and helped to the best that he could, and was a overall good to us, Definitely coming back every Sunday..Just Hope The host Mateo Does a better job for the next time.

Came here with my family, and we are a big one. 15 to be exact, and it was our grandmas birthday. We came in and were immediately seated. Our servers name was kevin, and he was beyond amazing. He brought our orders fast, and when we tried the food, it was outta this world. It was delicious with every bite, and we ate it all. We tipped kevin with a gracious tip for his hard work. I would 100% have kevin again.

Went here with my friend expecting a quick visit to refuel. Was greeted by a lovely individual by the name of Matteo, who had us in a wonderful booth. Our server was named Andrey, and I think he is one of the best servers out there. He’s quick, and brought our food out very fast.10/10 would go just to see Andrey again!

I was there yesterday Always a great experience at IHOP! The food is consistently delicious, especially the pancakes—fluffy, warm, and exactly what you’re craving.
