First time visiting this IHOP location in Bay Terrace. The very pretty lady waiting on us (Dianna?) was pleasant. Went on the Monday after mother's day so it was quiet. I'll be back if I'm in the area.

Loved this place! We ordered avocado toast, steak, a veggie omelette, and a waffle with fruits—everything was delicious. Coffee and fresh orange juice were great too. Our server, Diana D., took amazing care of us and everything was super quick. Will definitely come back!

This was my first time going to IHOP. I ordered chicken and waffles for brunch with a side of fries. The waffles were a bit dry but the chicken and the ranch were good. The fries were flavorful and the waffles were soft and chicken crisp. The waitresses were kind and the wait for the food wasn't too long. The atmosphere felt comfortable.
