dominique was our serve and she was amazing! we came in around 1230-12:45am and she served 9 different crazy young adults ! she was so sweet and patient with everyone and made sure everything was made just right! she was very great with conversation other than just serving ! she helped us order and pay in a time efficient manner. i’ve had her a few times while dining in and she has always been amazing towards us !

wow!!! iHop is always impeccable and my absolute FAVORITE way to spend a night after a long day at work. not to mention- our server Dominique was absolutely amazing and such a personable light in our evening. don’t walk, RUN and ask for Dominique!!

The service was amazing. I am on a liquid diet and the grandkids wanted to go here. They made me a cup of beef broth so I felt like I too had lunch.

I love this place and my kids love this place but the front door needs to be fixed it slams soo hard I feel like its a safety hazard for such heavy door 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I LOVE THE FOOD and SERVICE!!!! 🩷✨️🥞🍳🥰

I called about a jacket that I thought I left at the restaurant, and I spoke with Dominique. She was helpful, polite, and professional. She even took time to write down my contact information. I was so pleased with her phone etiquette and customer service skills. Quality customer service is a lost art, but Dominique nailed it.

What an amazing experience that we had. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I am writing this review to highlight the best service that I for one have ever received at any restaurant to date. Rhonda provided care and concern for our kiddos and went above and beyond in all aspects. Trust me, if you are looking for a great breakfast for a great price and with great service, check it out. We will be back for sure!

We had an amazing experience! Dominique provided exceptional service from start to finish. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked on us throughout our meal, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, which made the experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. This will definitely be our new Sunday after church spot. We will definitely be back!

Dominique was genuinely phenomenal. She was so accommodating and professional all the way through our meal. Even the food that we were served for breakfast was of a much higher caliber than we initially anticipated. Chain restaurants can be very different from location to location. There’s not a better IHOP to be at in all of Central Ohio, and there’s not a better waitress than Doninique

It was clean and the food came quickly. The new menu stuff is pretty great. I mean what can I say, it's IHOP. It's pretty cheap and pretty dang good. However, the one-legged waitress Eileen who used to work there was gone 🫤
