IHOP in Westerville is honestly the nicest IHOP I’ve been to. The restaurant was super clean, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in. The food came out fresh, hot, and actually looked like the pictures on the menu for once. You can tell the employees there really care about the experience they give people. Definitely one of the better breakfast spots around Polaris, and I’ll absolutely be coming back on vacation.

Kai was hands down one of the best servers I’ve had at IHOP. From the moment we sat down, he brought a great vibe—super friendly, quick with everything, and actually paid attention instead of just going through the motions. Drinks stayed filled, food came out right, and he checked in at the perfect times without being annoying about it. What really stood out was how natural he made everything feel. He wasn’t fake nice—he was just genuinely cool, cracking a few jokes and making the whole experience better. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and takes pride in it. If you get Kai as your server, you’re in good hands. Dude makes IHOP feel like a spot you actually wanna come back to.

Will isn’t just an IHOP server—he’s basically the MVP (Most Valuable Pancake). This guy flips more than just pancakes… he flips bad days into good ones faster than you can say “short stack attack.” If service were syrup, Will would be pouring it generously—no extra charge. He’s got jokes hotter than the griddle and timing so good, you’d think he was egg-sactly trained for it. Honestly, if IHOP had a Hall of Flame (because… pancakes), Will would already be sizzling at the top.

Sunday around 1030 am. Zero wait. Went with family for a Sunday brunch. Started out good and then become great with Grant. Friendly service with a smile on face. The veggie egg white omelette was perfect with coffee. I like that IHOP also keeps this location nice and clean. Will visit again.

Recently went IHOP with my family and we had a wonderful experience, Grant was our server and made the entire visit incredible. My son who is normally very picky followed Grants recommendation and at his whole breakfast. Thank you we will definitely be back.

This has been the best experience I have had at any IHOP. Our server was Rachelle, the Service was excellent, she was so sweet and kind. The food tasted amazing, the manager Mandy came by & gave our kids pancake stickers. They loved them, it made their day. We are definitely coming back. 🥰

So, I stopped in March 18th around 5:30 before work and it was a great experience. Unfortunately I can't remember my waitresses name but she was wonderful with making me feel welcome and answering my questions. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, with excellent food and portions also. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant and will surely be back again. Thank you again for the great service and food.
