Maddy was AMAZING!!!! She provided great specials, was attentive, up beat, soooo kind and friendly. My boyfriend and I loved everything. The service and calm atmosphere was so great that we came here yesterday and returned again today!!! Awesome service! The food came out perfect! The strawberry stuffed French toast was on a whole different level… THE BOMB!! 😍 Sadly Maddy was not here today but we look forward to coming again next week! Thank you to the great chefs, Maddy, and the young lady with dark hair who said she trained Maddy! May God bless those who work hard and still show love and compassion. 🤩😊💙🙏🏾 (Westerville location)

Our food was alright. My grandson ordered scrambled eggs and they brought out two fried eggs. He returned it and the order corrected. The service was ok. I just didn't like that the tip wasn't included on my recipe until I asked for it. The waitress gave me the wrong receipt. I had to take it back. The food was good. The service was nice.

Came to IHOP before 9 PM for a late dinner (last week) and our server was very nice. Though I kind of feel bad she was the only present server that night, but she made sure to check on us while doing some takeout orders. The foods that we have ordered was really delicious, although I was a bit unsatisfied with how my hash turned out. Some parts were overcooked and undercooked. We enjoyed the rest of our meals. Another thing is that, the lighting was so dimmed that night. We were the only customers dining in on that day, but you guys could've made it brighter so it'll have a more enjoyable atmosphere even when people decide to dine in at night.

Our waitress was great. Checked on us several times. The food was pretty good. Only thing I wasn't to amused with was the sweet tea. I was expecting a bit sweeter taste then what it is. Almost tasted the non-sweet tea more so than sweet.

I had a bad experience a few years ago but I decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised. We got seated right away. The server, Mai, was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating and attentive but not overly attentive. She knew exactly when to check if we needed anything. The food was hot and delicious. I'll definitely eat here again.

My server was Maddy, she was so accommodating and attentive to our table. She was well spoken and polite, food was fantastic and presentation was solid. While the restaurant was very busy she was able to make time to check up on us. 10/10 would dine again.
