My sister and I decided to go get breakfast and we had Sam as our server and she was an absolute sweetheart! She was so attentive even with having a large group she was helping as well. She had us laughing and smiling the whole time! We will be back and ask to sit in her section!!!

I usually go to grove city but every time I get bad service and the food sucks. So I thought I would try this one in Reynoldsburg and I was very impressed the server was very professional i think her name was Samantha and the food was good . People do not realize how important good service is these days .this is going to be my new shop and I will ask for her everytime.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the IHOP on Taylor Square Dr in Reynoldsburg thanks to our fantastic server, Elaine. From the moment we sat down, Elaine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She checked on us regularly, remembered our preferences, and even added some fun recommendations that made our meal extra enjoyable. The food came out hot and delicious (those pancakes hit the spot!), and Elaine’s positive energy really made the whole visit special. In a busy place like IHOP, it’s refreshing to get such warm, professional service. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great time. It's been about 6 or 8 years since I've eaten at an IHOP. I can say, their pancakes now are not anywhere near as good as they used to be. I used to look forward in a long driving vacation as IHOPs where my "treat" traditional stops - but I can say that tradition will not be revived.
