Idk, I deliver for UberEats and DoorDash. I was picking up an order for delivery. To be honest, staff could act like we delivery personnel are a little more important to their bottom line than the inconveniences we're generally treated like.

We had just flew in late from Kauai, Hi last night and could not find a restaurant open near PDX and we came across this IHOP in Cascade Parkway. One waiter working, Akina. This young man made our day. He was as good as they get. Friendly, amazingly great guy. If you ever fly into PDX in the evening you have to go.

Came in today while it was super nice. On initial walk in I didn’t see anyone, and within a minute Marcus greeted us, sat us, and was just PHENOMENAL. The food was great, and Marcus really went above and beyond for us. He made my daughter feel welcome, explained the food options to her and how it’s prepared. He is a gem and must be appreciated at all costs

I am retired from 40 + years of a career in the hospitality industry. One of many responsibilities I enjoyed in the hospitality industry was training and leading customer service trainers. I’ve written customer service guidelines for many hotels, both limited service as well as full service, independent as well as franchise . I hop is not known for top notch food. No disrespect meant. It is what it is and has its franchise standards to comply with. You know what you’re getting. What was outstanding at the IHop at Cascade Station, was our server, Marcus! If you could clone him, you could absolutely build your clientele and your profits from sheer volume! I had a challenging situation and he was the most professional, caring and genuine person. Seriously, he should be training and be in a leadership role! Remind him of the lady who “lost” her phone and thank him again for being an amazing help to me. I am thankful for the Marcus’s of the world!

I came to this IHOP location with my family for a quick dinner. All I have to say is that our waiter, Marcus, was the best! He came by and asked if we needed anything multiple times, waters were filled and our food came out super quick. Marcus was kind and conversational, and because of his service it was a top notch dinner. Thanks Marcus!

Visited 03-04-26. Marcus was our server/host. What an outstanding server/host Marcus is. Very attentive to the needs of not only my party but others as well. The food came fast, hot and delicious! Atmosphere is pleasant too with nice big boths that can fit a party of six easily and isolate the surrounding boths. All in all my party and I will coming back to this location.
