Its an ihop- they're all about the same. Service is always good, but food quality can vary.

The place was packed when we got in but were seated quickly and the staff were so friendly and helpful! My son wanted a grilled cheese but it wasn't on the menu, they easily accommodated with a cheeseburger without meat. The meals were filling and delicious. We were very happy with the experience. I'll be coming back when I visit Vancouver again!

Prices are great, variety of foods to choose from, respectable and courteous employees, plenty of seating room, and walk space. Parking available including disabled parking, well-lighted areas.

The food is really good. The staff are really great. The owner/manager on the other hand, needs to learn how to speak to its customers in a better tone. God forbid you mention something about a couple pancakes by themselves being $15. The price is high for a couple pancakes. But he about flew off the handle when we mentioned something about how high the price was on two pancakes. He was rude and didnt have very good customer service skills what so ever. Other than him, things were great. A little pricey for the small portions they give you.

I've always liked IHOP restaurants and this one didn't fail to please me. Attentive waitress, quick service and good food. It's a nice clean place to get good food and service.

Surprised by the quality of food and service. Most chain diners are not known for really good tasting food...but we were happy that the food beat our expectations and the service was very good. Update: (April, 2026) Just updating that this is a great place to get good food. Their breakfast sampler is by far a must experience, from the perfect cooked eggs to order to the pancakes(which are - you'll be hard pressed to find better pancakes anywhere than here). They also, make a country friend steak as well, that makes you think it was home cooked. Ever since I reviewed IHOP two years ago we try to stop by when we're in the area. It is still making great food and their service there is always great. Can't say enough about this IHOP.

This is beyond the scope of a typical review. My daughter has supervised visits here with her father. There isn't a family friendly bathroom here, not yet, and since shes a 4 yr old female and hes a 40 yr old sex offender, this created an issue. A waitress came by and stopped what she was doing to take my daughter to the bathroom. I dont know this waitress name but thank you for going above and beyond your normal duties and taking my daughter to the bathroom. I cried when I read the notes. A complete strangers kindness makes all the difference. Because of you, my daughter wasnt forced to go in the men's room (aa her father constantly has her do.) Because of you, she didnt have an accident that day. I dont know who you are but thank you so much.

Good food 😋 good price 👌 but charging 4.25 for a side of toast is overpriced and then only giving you one piece of bread is really chency. I hope people read this review and agree with me. Other than that, it's an affordable place for breakfast. Give your customers two slices of toast please 🙏😋

This location flips from insanely busy to dead in the blink of an eye. Generally good food, parking can be a problem for handicap users as doordash people keep using those spots and there have been a few issues with employees illegally parking there too. Staff is generally friendly, restaraunt is ususlly, though not always clean.
