Brought my son as I wanted to try the Dubai Chocolate pancakes. Little did we know, they had a small kitchen fire earlier in the day, and couldn’t use the fryer, however they reopened and we were able to grab dinner. Felt bad because the Roderick was our chef, server and host tonight. He did an amazing job and even went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, welcomed and had small conversations with each of the 4 parties that was dining at the time. Bummed the kids meal wasn't free that was advertised, but that wasn't Rodericks fault. Thank you for a great meal and kudos to Roderick for all the hard work he did this evening! 👊🏻👍🏼

I came in to eat with me and my father for his birthday. We were sat immediately and greeted right away by a very friendly server. We’ve been going here at this ihop for years. We noticed the server was a newer server. His name was Tyler. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended appetizers and milkshakes right away. We chose the cinnamon dippers, which were great and an awesome recommendation. All of the food was very good we didn’t have to wait long at all. Great food and great service! We love this ihop and highly recommend it!

Here’s a smoother and more polished version that strongly recognizes the employee without sounding exaggerated: I would like to bring to IHOP’s attention the exceptional service my daughter and I received during a late dinner visit on Saturday night at this location. When we arrived, there was only one employee working in the entire restaurant. Not one server and one cook—just one individual handling everything. He was serving as the host, waiter, cook, and cashier, all while managing the needs of every customer in the restaurant. What impressed me most was not simply the workload he was carrying, but the attitude with which he carried it. Despite being solely responsible for the entire operation, he never appeared frustrated, overwhelmed, or rushed. Instead, he remained professional, courteous, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. He seated us, took our order, prepared our food, and continued serving the other occupied tables, all while maintaining a positive demeanor and providing excellent customer service. It was genuinely remarkable to watch. In today’s environment, it is rare to encounter someone who demonstrates that level of commitment, work ethic, and professionalism under such challenging circumstances. He represented your company exceptionally well and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate members of your management team. Employees with this kind of attitude, dedication, and customer focus are invaluable. If I were building a team, he is exactly the type of person I would want in a leadership role and serving as an example for others to follow. Please extend my appreciation and gratitude for a job very well done.
