Had an absolutely fantastic dining experience today, and I have to give a major shoutout to our server, Bre! From the moment we sat down, she was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and warm. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, Bre kept our table completely taken care of without us ever having to flag her down. She anticipated our needs, checked in at all the right times, and made sure our food came out fresh and correct. Her positive energy and professionalism truly elevated the whole meal. It honestly was so refreshing considering the last ihop I went to on Walnut st. , was so disgusting, horrible management and had mice everywhere. This is one of the best and cleanest experiences I've had at an ihop in a long time! Bre was a breath of freah air, and because of her excellent customer service all around—I WILL definitely be coming back!
