My family had a fantastic experience at IHOP. Our server, Raymond was just great. He made sure our order was complete and would come back to our table to see if there was anything else we needed. Also, he was very helpful answering any questions we had. Raymond is a great asset to IHOP and represents what great customer service is all about

I wanna give an amazing shout out to my waitress ( Saneah), she was definitely polite, awesome and very caring with her job. Definitely is gonna come back tomorrow and hopefully she’s here. She has amazing customer service, and would recommend anyone that comes here, asked for her( light skinned female with braids), she did her big one!!! See you soon Bayyyybeeee!

Is your regular IHOP experience comparable to Denny's or Perkins but on the upscale level. Expect a little bit of a crowd during the morning and the evening, children crying the whole nine yards comparable to Pizza Hut,, and when I say that I mean the atmosphere

Pancakes are always delicious. Food wasn't that hot but very tasty. The steak was tender & flavorful. I dont like the fact they they only give you 2 pancakes i stead of 4 when you add extras. That makes no sense. My question is when are they updating the decor? It's been the same design since I was in high school.... I'm 57 now🤔

Food is good can't complain but I will complain on your new employee as soon as me and my family walked in the first thing the hostes said when u walk in told the server she hates socializing with people well I coulda said something but I kept it moving but for that reason and also your forks and spoons and cups could be a lot cleaner for the price you guys are charging for those drinks she lucky I didn't take a picture of her I would've put her out there get better employees that are willing to be professional about it if you dont like your job find one that will fit you also price on the food can't complain better than apple b's

Finally! I asked for fried egg whites and you know what happened? I got fried egg whites. Not scrambled egg whites. Not excuses for why they son know how to fry an egg white. I got full surface area, maximum caramelization, fried egg whites! This may seem like a no brainer, but I have had to TED Talk the process of frying an egg white at almost every restaurant we eat breakfast at. And as a person who is allergic to egg yolk and has long since been relegated to whites only… having that perfectly fried egg on a sandwich or topping my hash browns has been greatly missed. And when the chef gets it right, it is a wonderful treat. Thank you. 😊

Let’s start with the amazing hospitality that was given by Margarita.She was phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable about the menu as we had the fajita omelette with French toast also a bacon, cheese, egg, omelette, home fries, and the famous pancakes. Everything was amazing and delicious. I love good customer service and Margarita went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home while we had breakfast. I highly recommend this location. 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Definitely a change. Think it's under new management. Food taste better it's hot doesn't taste like cigarette smoke anymore. Just remember where you are drama is bound to pop off at all any givin moment! Lol
