I had read a few negative reviews for this outlet but please just ignore them and give them a chance. We were greeted at the door by 2 very friendly staff (Melissa ?) They helpfully suggested places to go in Philadelphia and New York ! The food was perfect and we felt very comfortable. In short, I highly recommend this location !

I stopped by IHOP for breakfast, and it was a great way to start my day. The restaurant had a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere, and I was seated quickly. I ordered a stack of buttermilk pancakes with eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the breakfast was both filling and satisfying. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my coffee stayed topped off throughout the meal. The only small downside was that the restaurant became quite busy during the morning rush, so my food took a few extra minutes to arrive. It wasn't a big issue since everything was freshly prepared. My tip for first-time visitors is to come early if you're visiting on a weekend. If you can't decide what to order, one of the breakfast combo meals is a great value and lets you try a little of everything. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to the entire IHOP team for the great food, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving a classic American breakfast.

If you're gonna come for anything at this ihop location, come for the beautiful, amazing, and friendly waitress Atiya. Since entering the restaurant, she was so friendly and outgoing with us, making sure we were okay and letting us know how much time we had left for our food to be done or when other items were coming. To be honest, it felt like we were best friends conversing and having a kiki with each other! We were about 7 (which changed to 8 later) and she made sure EACH of us were okay and doing great! Conversations included her telling us what Disney characters we were and STRONG affirmation! Atiya was so wonderful and this was our first visit to Philly, so she made this visit 1000x amazing at showing the love Philly is known for💕
