From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful! Our server Shez was so cheerful and checked on us multiple times w/o being a bother. The manager even came out to check on each of his guests!😁 In these times of cell phones and no one enjoying each other’s company, it was pleasantly just the opposite here today! We heard the sounds of a happy crowd, families and friends talking and laughing as they enjoyed their meal together. This was a great visit and a wonderful meal. Whether you’re a single diner, senior citizen, or family wanting to enjoy a nice meal among pleasant people..I would recommend the Wilkes Barre IHOP! A++ thank you!!

Food was good, restaurant was clean. The highlight for us today was our server Andy. She was friendly, great smile, and gave us great service. I will ask for her when we come in the future. To the Management: Andy is a great asset to your business, you would be well advised to hold on her.
