I was really upset at first because my sandwich and drink were missing. But when I went back, I met a girl there for the first time, and she was incredibly sweet. She stayed calm, handled everything so professionally, and made sure my order was fixed. The way she spoke and treated me completely changed my mood—I was honestly so impressed. I even asked her name, and she said it was Shez. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Great service 🙌
