I hadn’t been to an IHOP in quite a while….5yrs at least…I usually go to the little places…. I moved to Smithfield and went in one morning because I’m a huge breakfast guy….I haven’t stopped coming since ! You can’t beat the food and service!! For a big place and chain restaurant they make you feel like it’s a neighborhood place… from the manager down to the hostess everyone of these workers are very friendly…I ask for the same server all the time … her name is Lissa and she is so right in!! I don’t have to say anything when I get there…she knows what I get and I’m treated like a king every time ! I see that she treats all her customers like they are special!! And Joan the manager is very warm and friendly! Not to mention a pro!! I suggest if you can get there go! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Our server Mike, was the best server i have ever had !! he was so sweet and made both my friend and myself feel so welcomed and genuinely made the rest of my day better!!! he deserves all the recognition for his amazing service and customer service! if i could have him everytime i would love to! please extend my gratitude to him !

Went to the Lincoln Rhode Island location and we had Suzette as our waitress. Not only was she kind, respectful and showed great professionalism but she made our experience wanting to go back. She was quick, paid attention to detail and just an all around great worker. The food was amazing, the cooks did all amazing job, everything was done with perfection.

Wonderful! I had not been to an IHOP for many years. This place was lovely. Reasonable wait for a Sunday and the best avocado toast. Simple and delicious.

I had a really good experience at IHOP. The service was fast and the staff was friendly from the moment I walked in. My food came out hot and fresh — the pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted great. We come here regularly for our “date nights” we are always the happiest when we have Suzette as our waitress! 💗 When we come in it’s usually not too busy, we typically don’t like to sit directly back to back with a table, when they seat us and usually skip a space it’s always nice. Suzette is always right there, so kind helpful and making sure we have a good experience. 😊 we’ll be back soon!

From the start with Thomas the host to Mike my server, this was one of the best chain dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was so polite and quick but not too quick as to not take good care of me during my meal. The meal was amazing just 3 simple pancakes but they were perfect. I also wanted to say the restaurant was very clean too!

My favorite IHOP location in Rhode Island. Much less crowded than other locations. It's very clean inside and the wait staff have been great. There's a waitress here who always says I remind her of her son. She seems like a really kind person and always provides great service. If you see this review, hello from your son's twin �❤️. Overall, a really nice location!
