I placed an order online with IHOP, but for some reason, the order did not initially come through to the restaurant. When I arrived to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order. I told the manager it was okay because I needed to get back to work and started heading to my car. Before I could leave, the manager came outside to let me know that my order had finally come through, and he quickly had the kitchen prepare it for me. When I got home, I realized that I had accidentally received the wrong order. I called the restaurant to let him know, and once again, he was incredibly kind, apologetic, and eager to make things right by offering to remake my order. Mistakes happen, especially in busy restaurants, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. The manager’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. I highly recommend this IHOP location. The level of customer service I received was top tier, and it’s refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about his customers. I will definitely be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were returning home after being at Myrtle Beach. He stopped for breakfast. It was great. The service was wonderful. The lady that took care of us was outstanding. So kind as I viewed people being served in this IHOP everybody seemed calm and happy and the servers were all very nice.

Our server Kelsey was amazing!!! She was very attentive and kind. She definitely made herself a couple new regulars! You don’t see servers helping the elderly into their cars and wishing them a good night! Food was great! She was very attentive. And Manager Mary came to check and make sure we were satisfied with our meal! We can not wait to come back

I also wanted to add about our experience at high high after we had our food and we were leaving the manager came out and he told us about coming back next year because he also remembered that we came on international pancake Day and we also not only received prepaid we made a big order for a party of 30 it's good when managers can connect with their customers cuz it not only make you feel like a customer and makes you feel part of a family
