As a norwegian, stuck in the US for 8months, this was one of my best dining experiences of my entire stay. The waffles was to die for, and so was the burgers and fries. Tastes like a high-end restaurant/stakehouse. Thank you for a wonderful experience with awesome service - the waitress even got me samples of syrups I've never tasted before. 5 stars on everything! I highly recommend this place, it was an amazing surprise!

I’ve visited the IHOP on Woodruff Rd several times within the first few months of 2026, and the service has been exceptional. The food is always fresh and, most importantly, hot when it arrives at the table. I don’t think servers need to take payment at the table; it can feel a bit intimidating when deciding how much to tip while they’re holding the device. I’ve come to appreciate restaurants that have a permanent device on the table for convenient payment.

I come here all the way from Spartanburg just to get the best customer service, fresh food, and clean restaurant. Just exactly what we were looking for in a medium-sized meal. We had traveled that day and after checking into the hotel we wanted just something - not a 4 course meal. The IHOP was just down the road from our hotel so quite convenient. No crowd when we arrived so we were seated promptly. Our server was pleasant and efficient and we had drinks very quickly. The menu had a good variety of food options and we easily found something to our liking. The meals arrived shortly, were cooked to our requests and very tasty. Hubby had the turkey sandwich and commented that it was so much tastier than he had expected! I had a breakfast combo and the bacon and hash browns were crispy just like I'd asked. The cinnamon, cream cheese crepe was yummy (though the cinnamon was a bit strong - it overwhelmed most of the other flavors). The room is divided into sections so noise wasn't a problem, though I could hear most of the conversations at the table behind us. Overall we had a lovely time and had a meal that met our needs in a pleasant, relaxed setting. Highly recommend!!

Had a very good time here with a friend. The pancakes are always perfect and our waitress was both attentive yet let us enjoy the meal at our pace.
