My waitress KAT is beyond amazing, the for is a touch and go depending on who is cooking!!!! But again Kat is always amazing and goes up and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of!!

Me and my boyfriend went to simpsonville for some brunch we stumbled upon ihop what great service we had brandy was our server she’s very polite and welcoming made sure everything was fresh and good and accommodated ALL of our needs however she expressed her concerns for staffing at her location and I believe more welcoming host and promoting along with competitive pay would help this particular location me and my boyfriend left with our belly’s full and in a good mood thank you brandy for being awesome at what you do!

TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THIS ✨ I wanted to go out to eat with my boyfriend and we ended up at this iHop in Simpsonville, SC. When we pulled in, it was kind of empty. Because of this, we thought it was because it was past early afternoon on a weekday, OR that they were closed. However, they were open and it was more space for us with less wait time. It was a little chilly and we considered taking our food to go, but our waitress (whatever position she held) was kind enough to offer to turn off the air for a little and see if the temperature settled. She kept checking in, served us with a good attitude and even made our meal cheaper after an issue— and didn’t bat an eye at helping out! Overall, GREAT service, food, atmosphere and more people should eat here. Also, in case anyone was wondering, they’re STILL open and actively hiring! :) Best to the restaurant and any customers that find their way to this gem.

Not a bad place to go for breakfast. The food’s nice and easily filling. Just be sure to be specific on what you want and do want in your meal just in case you get something in your food you weren’t expecting. But other than that, it was a good place to go for breakfast today. A good place to go from time to time. And for those who are looking for work, ihop is hiring. They could really use some new employees, especially servers.

Food was great, and even though the wait was long, I still had a lovely time here. The hostess, Genesis, was very friendly and I could see her going around helping out other servers. Our server, Brandi, was just as wonderful. There was another girl I saw who was helping with the hostess. She was doing a great job at taking up bagged orders. These three and the other servers made my time here worth coming. I will definitely be coming back again, maybe even bringing my family with me. Thank you for your services!
