Second time dining this week. Thank you Nicole for taking care of us. We waited about 10 minutes at our table for our server who disappeared when we were assigned our table. Nicole saw we were in need and stepped in. She took our order swiftly and was very polite. She has a very kind spirit IHOP you are blessed to have her. She truly needs to be in a 3 Star Michelin Restaurant. I have plenty experience with these restaurants across the country, especially in the hospitality capital in Las Vegas, NV. We came in at 9:30 and didn’t get served till 10:10 and Mrs shanita took good care of us after she realized the waitress that was actually on shift at the time sat me and my friend down and didn’t get our drinks or take our order or interact with us to tell us she’d be a min🙏🏻
