The veghead in me was disappointed when I ordered my favorite Egg White Veggie Omelette (mmmmm, so good), got halfway through it, and found a piece of bacon in it. 😱 It was obviously from sloppy kitchen work. Grab a handful of bacon for this person's omelette and don't care that some of it fell into the bin of onions that are used for anyone else's omelette. Not only that, but the guy making mine didn't take the time to notice he'd grabbed bacon along with the onions he threw into my omelette.... Or worse, he didn't care. Cross-contamination like that can cause severe illness in someone who's allergic, or even cause death. Kitchens MUST be careful with dropping foods into other food containers and then serving that offending food to customers; especially meats, onions, etc, that people can have reactions to. It's not like they were super busy when we were there. The good news is that when I brought it to the attention of my waiter, he apologized and removed the entire meal from our bill, even though I'd already eaten almost half of it. On another note, this wasn't the fault of the business, but it does land squarely under atmosphere, or whether a person might return to a place of business... We were sitting in a booth directly behind another group of people. The booths were tall, so we couldn't see them, but they weren't bolted to the floor. The person behind me kept jiggling around in their seat which made the entire booth wiggle. It was extremely annoying. I ended up moving to the other side to sit next to my husband.

Driving from Clearwater to Chicago... Chattanooga is usually our mid-way home. Our waitress Anna was awesome, food was pretty good and the restaurant was quiet.

Service was a little longer than usual at an IHOP. But. The young man that was there was alone and handling everything dealing with the restaurant. With that in mind. Service was great.. he needs a raise.

Keith was our server and cashier. He was so knowledgeable of the menu,courteous and prompt. We'll definitely go back to visit bc the kitchen was on point too...the food was perfect and made to order.

I have returned finally. Janay maid my return a pleasant experience. There have been some staff changes for the better. Everyone is smiling and focused on the customers. When the staff is positive everything is better. The rest is on here to show the improvement. Today is much better. So I will come back to this I Hop again. Last time When I ordered my meal I ordered three eggs with my meal and when the waitress brought it out she was very apologetic but she said I had to wait on that third egg I didn't understand why they couldn't have all been cooked together in one shot but she was very pleasant about it her name was markisha she did a good job she tried to smile I did get her name though from her name tag she didn't tell me her name when she came to the table I don't know what's going on at that IHOP maybe they were really busy and I came in at the end of a rush that happens but unfortunately they only get three stars today and I probably will go back to this IHOP again because the pancakes were really good the breakfast was really good except for waiting for that third egg.

I went to this Ihop the other day. Best IHOP I had ever eaten at. Jennifer was our server, our cook, and I think she said she was the manager. She was absolutely fantastic, she had her food up in 10 minutes. I wish I live closer. Definitely we will be back sooner than later.

Big kudos to our server who managed to keep up with my kids and all her other tables while also training a person! The friendliness was on point, the food was good and came out quick, no wait for table, our order was absolutely correct and for once- no pay to park in Chattanooga! Highly recommend this place!

Our server NayNay was phenomenal! SO kind and easy to talk to! Seemed genuinely happy to serve us! My 2 year old was all over the place and NayNay was so sweet and playful with her. 10/10 experience and truly enjoyed her as our server! Go and ask for NayNay!
