Hands down THE BEST customer service I've ever had, anywhere. They asked my daughter about her dolls, got them highchairs, drink cups and no kidding even brought them food. Absolutely floored. Never expected customer interaction and service like that anywhere, much less IHop on a random Friday night. Lisa and Brian are Incredible

After a really disappointing visit last time, I gave this IHOP one more shot and I’m so glad I did. Keith was our server and he set the tone immediately. He greeted us warmly, owned the mistake from our last visit, and made sure we felt taken care of. Food came out fast, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. Ron Brown, the manager, came over to personally apologize for our previous experience. No corporate script — just a real conversation and a genuine “let us make this right.” He comped our meal and checked back twice to make sure we were happy. That’s leadership! Thank you all, we will definitely continue to dine here in the future!

Food was mediocre, didn’t really get the cook of my steak right. Completely over cooked! But my server Jay was amazing! Very attentive and made my daughter face glow when he came with her hot chocolate that had whipped cream , fudge and sprinkles!

Not very busy..took 45 minutes to get our food. It was delicious. But still we were discussing just getting up and leaving when the food finally came.

This was our second go around at this IHOP (Brainerd Rd Chattanooga). The first time didn't go well and I sent an email to corporate IHOP about our experience. A few days later I got a phone call from the manager of this location. He apologized for what happened and offered a free meal for us if we would give them another chance. So, we went back at about the same time as before for an equal comparison. The manager greeted us and assigned a table for us with a very nice staff member. I ordered The Waffle Combo and my wife had the Cinamon Bun Crepe. Our food was brought to us in a timely manner and was served hot. Everything was delicious and met our expectations. We most likely will visit this restaurant again.
