Tia was the BEST waitress! If I could rename this IHOP, I’d call it IHAPPY! 😊 From the moment we walked in, EVERY staff member was genuinely pleasant and welcoming. We were greeted by everyone—from the hostess to the cook—and management was attentive and engaged as well. What really stood out was the atmosphere. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy to be at work, and that energy was contagious. At one point, one employee started singing, and before you knew it, others simply joined in. It wasn’t forced—it was just pure joy! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was refreshing, and Tia was absolutely wonderful. This was hands down the best breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time. Keep doing whatever you’re doing, IHAPPY! ❤️ Then there was the beautiful sky to enjoy with my meal. Go Tennessee!!!

I have to give credit where credit is due — this was hands down one of the best omelets I have ever had! I ordered the steak omelet, and I was honestly impressed from the first bite. The steak was flavorful, the seasoning was perfect, and it was cooked beautifully. I’ve had omelets at IHOP and other places over the years, but this one truly surprised me and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the kitchen team for putting care into making such a great meal — I will definitely be back!
