There was quite a wait for food because they are understaffed but Mackenzie, our waitress, completely made up for it. She was very friendly and sweet. She came back often to check on us. It’s people like her that make me more convinced wait staff need to be making at least minimum wage plus tips. The system is messed up.

Me and my family ate here today. The food came out hot & delicious within a very reasonable time considering they was pretty busy. My server was Ms, Brittany and she went above & beyond, answered all questions about the menu. Will definitely be back to eat!

Christmas songs playing, the lady at the front desk who seated us was very cordial and friendly, seated us quickly, and the food was very good!! The ladies that seat you are ALWAYS very friendly and take the time to get your order to you....;)

Really enjoy the atmosphere at this location. My food is always made to order. My server tiffany was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Made sure to check on us often. Will recommend this location to others

Normally I dread eating at ihop. My kid loves it, so I end up here every now and then anyways. The food always takes an hour and is typically wrong, getting sat usually takes 10+ minutes, the servers are always horrible and unprofessional, and the visit is generally always very unpleasant. Today was different. My waiters name tag said Krissy, and the receipt said Kristina S. She was literally amazing! Very nice and professional which is unusual for an ihop employee. I wanted my sausage cooked well and she brung my food out without the sausage, because she noticed it wasn’t cooked well before the plate ever hit the table and had the kitchen fix it. She arrived very soon after with my sausage cooked perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for anything to go any different than it did. She gave 5 star service.
