My family and I dined at the ihop on Riverdale Road in Memphis, TN on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Unfortunately, my vechile had mechanical trouble while we were at the resturant. Since we are not very familiar with Memphis, I asked our waitress, Kelly, for towing company recommendations. Please let me tell you that Kelly went completely above and beyond to help me and my family that morning! We would have been stranded in an unfamiliar place with no help if it were not for Kelly! Our breakfast was delicious, but nothing in comparison to how amazing Kelly was. My faith in humanity has been restored. 🥰 Thank you, again, Kelly!!!! 🎉

I'm a frequent visitor. In my experience, the service is typically great and it seems the location stays busy because of that. My servers have always been hospitable to where I feel comfortable leaving a tip.

We visited late morning and it wasn't too busy so we were sat right away. Service was great and the food came out correct and hot. With the cost of fast food constantly increasing, fast casual like IHOP is a great deal. We paid just over $30 to feed two adults including an 18% tip and drinks.

Had a great time going with my family. The building can use a few repairs especially the front door. Due to flooding and parking lot this location could benefit from a carpeted lobby area. Food was very decent. Did have to send back a few items. Server was really nice and informative.

It was one of the 2 restaurants open around 2am on our way to home for holidays. The server greeted us with a smile. Told us to sit wherever we wanted. Food came in quick since there were not many people inside. Food was fresh and hot. Would visit again if I get a chance.
