This location had excellent service. The waiter was attentive and checked on us often without over doing so. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. The steak was tender too! My guy loved his strawberry waffles. As for the atmosphere, it was very clean besides the food I smelled bleach as soon as we entered..In fact I'd have to say that this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in! I was shocked about the overall service. Hands down 5 stars!

Stopped here on the morning of NYE, Francis was the best server I've ever had at IHOP, at 1st I was disappointed to see the space heater everywhere, but then I seen the effort they took to do their best in the situation. The food was EXACT to special order, ontop of accommodations for extra cream and sugar as needed for my coffee, She was busting her tail, ontop of every tables needs quickly, almost never took a breathe. Very prompt. Very generous with manners. Above and beyond. Completely made my breakfast better than walking in expectations.

Honestly if you told me this was the same ihop from a few months ago i wouldn't belive you, the waiter is way nicer, food came out way quicker, they got it done in a timely manor and the food was amazing. Im so happy to leave this review and delete the one star from last time cause they've improved greatly

This location had an unexpected visitor that kept disrupting random customers. The staff handled the situation very well and they still managed to give us fantastic service for the circumstances. The authorities were contacted and everyone was very professional during the disruption. We will definitely be back!

Once again I came in tonight and what a great experience Hayden is definitely the best server I’ve had at ihop he’s taking really good care of me and cleaning the dining room from top to bottom when I had pulled up to the restaurant I had seen him sweeping the parking lot you don’t see servers doing much of that at all especially when the pay is less then 4$ an hour I will only come to ihop during the time he is there he also had even had to cook our food for us thanks so much Hayden and ihop management for making a great server!!

Came to this IHOP to grab some breakfast unexpected an average to good experience. I was pleasantly surprised to have had an exceptional experience. The management of this store has recently changed and I got to meet the manager, Sam. It’s evident that Sam puts her effort and customer service skills to work. When staff was busy attending customers, she would jump in wherever needed all while trying to do interviews. I ordered the French toast combo and asked for my hashbrowns to be cooked well done. Most restaurants pretty much ignore this request, but not this IHOP. I regret not taking a picture because these hashbrowns were perfect! Everything else was done right including the eggs, bacon and French toast. My server was attentive and pleasant. The only reason why I gave the atmosphere four stars instead of five was there’s not enough natural light that comes into the restaurant. Restaurant was clean as well as the restroom.

I had came in to dine in tonight i was waiting for about 45 minutes I came in at 9:20 at 10 another server had came in and apologized for the inconvenience and about the wait there was an outrageous amount of people wait he took us a part of 3 and 2 parties probably 11 people if not more at both and other tables as well we will no longer be coming in at any other time of the day except for the night shift it was the best experience he came in so professional and apologized even though they didn’t have a cook he made it better he had even cooked everyone’s food at a reasonable pace.Thanks so much to the manager for making a good third shift team!!
