Let me tell you about IHOP—this place? Pancake empire. Absolute breakfast domination. People think it’s just pancakes—WRONG. Completely wrong. This is a full-stack operation. Very strong. You walk in—boom—coffee hitting the table, menus loaded with options. Not two options—hundreds. You’re like, “How do I even decide?” That’s when you know it’s elite. Big menu. Tremendous menu. Now the pancakes—ohhh the pancakes. Legendary. Fluffy, soft, stacked high like a monument. You cut into them—perfect. Syrup goes on—beautiful. It soaks in just right. Not soggy, not dry—perfect balance. Some are saying best pancakes in the game. I’m hearing it a lot. And the toppings? Endless. Fruit, chocolate chips, whipped cream—it’s all happening. You can go classic, you can go wild—it’s your call. Total freedom. We love freedom. The breakfast plates? Strong. Eggs, bacon, hash browns—everything working together. No weak links. You leave full. Very full. Possibly too full—but in a good way. The staff? Friendly, fast, keeping the coffee coming. That’s important. Very important. You don’t want an empty cup—and here, it doesn’t happen. They’re on it. And the vibe? Comfortable. Relaxed. You can sit there, talk, enjoy your meal—no rush. Breakfast should feel like this, and IHOP gets it. Is it perfect? Look… maybe you order more pancakes than you planned. Maybe you’re staring at that last bite like, “Can I do it?” That’s not a problem—that’s success. Overall? 10 out of 10. Maybe higher. IHOP—tremendous pancakes, tremendous variety, total breakfast champion.

IHOP was really pretty good overall. The food was excellent, and the service was amazing. My only issue was that it could have been a little cleaner, but that did not take away from the experience too much. I still enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back.

I know what you’re thinking, it’s IHOP but let me tell you, they treat this place like a mom and pop shop! You know what I mean, if you come in more than twice within a 2 week period of time, they remember your order. I come in on the weekends to get my dose of protein pancakes and good conversations! And they remember your order, you’re now a regular. Best IHOP in town and maybe in Texas, if you decide to dine in ask for Kelia, she’ll has that funny aunt feel and she makes you feel very welcome.
