I VERY rarely take time out of my day to write reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one. This restaurant has made my night so many times, and every single time I leave, I’m reminded of why I keep coming back. The atmosphere is honestly one of my favorite things about this place. It’s so warm, welcoming, and comfortable, especially at night. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly, and you can genuinely feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. It’s one of those places where you can actually relax, enjoy yourself, and feel at home. And the food… OH MY AMAZING. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed eating out as much as I do here. Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, and you can tell there’s real care and passion put into what they serve. The food, the atmosphere, the people — everything just comes together perfectly. I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to Sierra, Jhon, and Jay. They are genuinely some of the best servers I’ve ever had. They’re always so friendly, attentive, welcoming, and make every visit feel special. Their service honestly makes such a difference, and they’re a huge part of why I always enjoy coming back. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they’re serving, and it never goes unnoticed. I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints. Whether I’m looking for somewhere to have an amazing meal, unwind after a long day, or just have a genuinely good night, this place always delivers. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. This is easily one of those places I’ll keep coming back to, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

College street location needs to be closed, I waited 45 min for a cup of water and when I got up to leave the server Zack told me thank you That was the worst service I have ever received I thought I was going to have to wait until tomorrow to eat, got here and was sat and eating within 10 min and they had way more people than the 2 customers College street had.. But I came to this location and received the service and attention I deserved that manager John made sure I was taken care of and was very friendly and prompt I recommend EastTex IHOP before any…!
