Clean and good service. Good food everything was great. The coffee was strong and hot. My 11-year-old said the men's restroom was haunted with strange female voices that sounded like they were right behind his ear.

What an amazing place to experience! If you're here for the food review, I came for the classic Short Stack of Pancakes with a small cup of gravy to create what we eat on the east coast as Pancakes and Gravy (like Buscuits and Gravy, but better). This is my little creation and not an official item, even though i wish it was lol. We all know the food was great but what i come for is nostalgia. I'm from a far away city on the east coast and what ihop brings me is something that cures me of missing home. This place is a vibe. A great place to bring a date or a casual place to eat by yourself. It reminds me of my family and our traditions of eating these delicious golden brown pancakes. The place is very clean, the staff are very nice Ave welcoming, the booths and tables are decent size and the price is reasonable for what you're getting. Don't trust me, trust my hundreds of reviews and photos with millions and millions of views, trust them, the people who see what i have to write and promote my words so you can see them like they did did This is a place i plan to bring my kids and pass down the tradition so they can have the feeling that i have when I'm inside of the original pancake restaurant IHOP.

Great service by Jackie! Great food! The atmosphere is always great! All the staff is always friendly and ready to help! The sweet manager, he’s always so attentive with customers. He’s cleaning, he’s going from table to table asking if everything is good. I just love it. This location actually feels like a homey place.
