I normally don’t mention management first, but this has to be one of the best ran restaurants I’ve ever been in! The entire staff appeared almost like a family, all smiling and friendly, with excellent service. Even today when the place was packed with folks. Food is very good too. We had bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and coffee, all DELICIOUS. Obviously, we were both impressed. No doubt this place is exceptional.

Went here to have breakfast, as many do. My family was seated quickly. Our order was taken quickly & professionally. Food came out in a timely manner as well. Presentation was done well. Food was hot and tasted great. Will definitely be going back when in the area.

Great establishment very clean. Depending on what table you sit at you can get a great view of the Gulf. I think our waitress was new but she was nice. Portions were good. I would recommend this place but parking is a little difficult

BEST IHOP for sure!!! We are from out of town on vacation and loved the service, staff, and food! Everyone looked so happy and literally looked like they enjoyed being there!!! You can tell the owner takes pride in their IHOP because it was very well ran!!

I’ve been to other ihops which were not a good experience. They were run down, staff not friendly, food not so great. This ihop checks all the boxes and more. Wonderful staff and a fantastic manager who really takes his job seriously. He makes sure everything is clean and well maintained. It is the largest ihop I have ever seen. The food was amazing. We were on vacation and went two days in a row. If you have had bad experiences or not, please try this one with the ocean view. Had the veggie omelette.

Mia W was an awesome server! We go here every year to commemorate my father in law’s birthday since he loved IHOP. So happy they now have mimosas and sausage pattys!!! Thicker bacon would be nice but view was great, service was stellar, food came quickly and we had a nice reflective moment honoring JDR. Update 4/5/2026 Terri was absolutely stellar on a busy Easter morning with two large tables to take care of among her many. We had breakfast and the server forgot my wheat toast, when I told her at the end of our meal, she brought us a fruit cup to make up for it. She was efficient and friendly at a very busy time! The food was piping hot and delicious. Glad to see they’ve upgraded their bacon. Skip the new iced coffees… very sweet! We got a booth with a view of the water…nice.
