We recently visited IHOP and had a great experience thanks to our server, William. Considering it’s only his first month working there, he did an amazing job. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing good service. Unfortunately, our experience was slightly overshadowed by the lady, whose attitude came across as unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory. It didn’t match the level of service William provided. She changed our table twice, which felt very disrespectful and unnecessary. You truly deserved those $40, Mr. William. Despite it being your first month, you provided excellent service attentice, kind, and professional throughout. I sincerely hope management recognizes William for his hard work and also addresses the situation at the front, because service like his is what keeps customers coming back.

My daughter treated me to breakfast here which was a delicious melt in your mouth T-Bone Steak n' Eggs scrambled with Cheddar Cheese, 3 pancakes and coffee. Our Server, Deanna, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. ❤️ She is another addition to IHOP'S amazing wait team, and of course the awesome food!👍👍

Before being sat the host De’ivan took our information and let us know there would be a wait. He was very kind and professional. When we took our seats our server Tatjana came quickly to greet us and take our drink orders, she also explained that the food would be a bit of a wait which was a nice heads up! I’ve had her as a server many times and she never fails to make dining her a great experience. She’s a great addition to the team. The food took a bit as she explained but what I saw while waiting was amazing and made the wait tolerable. I saw kitchen staff in the front bussing tables, managers cleaning floors and tables, servers on expo and running around the floor making sure everything runs smoothly. None of the servers seemed frustrated or overwhelmed. There’s a good team here.

Food was excellent. The service from our server was wonderful. The restaurant was relatively clean for early morning. It was nice and quiet for us to enjoy our meal. We live down the road. So we definitely will be back in the future.

We just left it is 12:55am we had a great server names shannon our food and drinks came out quick and delicious 😋 our server was amazing she is easy to talk to very friendly and interesting introduced her self with a bright smile 10/10 good service a nice late night group talk with our sever. I recommend Shannon as your sever she is very sweet and TIP HER GOOD!! cool severs like her deserve it.

Best location I've been to in a while. Not too crowded went for free pancake day. Service was excellent and food was hot and ready. I enjoyed the quiet and the getting out of the house moment. I would recommend it. My grandson enjoyed the different flavors of syrup.
