Update: I'd like to add that this establishment is still to this day as good as I have reviewed it a year ago. It is especially as good as I have started using their rewards, Pan Coins. If you haven't tried them, they are well worth the savings. You can enter code from receipt onto website or downloaded app.,then trade them for codes in wallet. Just ask them they are very happy to show you. I must add that my server Brianna W. whom I've had a couple of times help me. She's so Awesome that she remembered my favorite order even though it had been couple of weeks. Thank you Brianna for making our visit enjoyable as well as the food. 🙌🥰🥰🙌 This IHOP is Awesome! The food is very good, was served in good timing, fresh and delicious. Our server was very nice. He checked on us often and got what we asked for quickly and thoroughly. I have to add we went on a Sunday and the place was packed, but that didn't make a difference. we were served within 15 minutes. There were people in and out of building waiting with several groups. That did not take away from their quick service with lots of satisfied people leaving with smiles and good mornings. This visit definitely has changed our minds of being deterred by how many people are there. You will find good food, great prices and great service.

Came to IHOP and it was super busy. But we were seated right away . Our waitress Leslie came to us immediately and was swift with our order and friendly as anyone can be. Her energy was definitely positively contagious.

Our server Karen was exceptional last night. The restaurant was very busy last night but our server kept us informed about our order. Came back to the table often and made small talk. Also had her coworkers sing happy birthday to my friend. Karen F was very tentative and pleasant.

My experience at the establishment started by feeling uncomfortable with the host a tall skinny person with red hair no name tag I felt eyes and my husband and sibling felt uncomfortable with the stares and also got passed up in line even though we were there before others . BUUT savannah our lovely server made our experience better with a welcoming presence and friendly demeanor. But to whomever is the red hair person that was the greeter I would say do better and have a better attitude you set the mood for the establishment no one wants to feel uncomfortable while out with family and their children.
