Great location a lot better than the others in the area. Gets busy some morning but not terrible. I don't think they offer the same specials other locations do though as I've never seen them on the menu.

Update: This IHOP never fails, every experience is a great one. The food is exceptionally delicious and of a perfect proportion. Amaya was our server and as they all are an Awesome server. All questions and needs were met. And food served right away. Love this IHOP and highly recommend you stop by and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. 🙌🥰🥰🙌 I am very satisfied and happy with this IHOP at 7735 Marsha Sharp Fwy W Lubbock. The food is fresh and Delicious. Servings are as they should be .....filling. Love the ambiance, and the host and servers are quick to make sure your visit is a memorable one, asking and reassuring of any needs. I had Louisa as a server and her positive vibes , as everyone else's made me/us feel at home, making it enjoyable and relaxing to eat there. Oh and by the way the coffee is great. I recommend this IHOP and give it 5 Well deserved stars. I/we will definitely be visiting again.

This is the only Ihop we eat at now since it’s grand opening. There’s always someone at the host stand to greet us when we walk in, service is fast & always made to our liking. The MOD always stops at the tables & speaks with the customers to make sure our food/experience are wonderful. Love this location & all of the staff!

We were in the mood for b breakfast for dinner, so ihop it was! This location is new and not crowded. It’s clean and a relaxed atmosphere. Our server, Zoe, was amazing tonight! We will be back!

My waitress nesha was amazing. Food was great as always, only problem was the steak was a little over cooker but no worries because a manager named Angie came to the rescue and fixed the problem asap. She did not make me feel guilty for wanting it fixed and ensured me it was no problem at all. Angie was an absolute doll. Nesha will be my waitress every time i come now. LOVE THIS IHOP
