Came in today, 5/8/26, with my husband and son, as we were just passing thru town on our journey home to Krum Texas. On this road trip, we had a few stops, and some not so good at all. So today… was a breathe of fresh air! It started when Kyla W., our server, came over to greet us! We barely sat down, and she came over immediately! She was very polite very kind, and her customer service was beyond OUTSTANDING!!! We were very impressed! She made our experience absolutely the best!!! Food came out quick, it was delicious and coffee hit the spot! I asked for a lot of cream and no problem there, she brought a small bowl full! As we sat, ate and relaxed, we watched her clean tables, seats, a wiped down everything on the tables!!!! This is something you don’t see too much anymore with today’s youth, but this young lady worked very hard and managed all her tables efficiently. I am a retired server/bartender, so when I see amazing performance, that I call “old school”, it is truly great to see in today’s environment. I haven’t seen anyone give excellent customer service to this level, in a very long time! This young lady Kyla, and this IHOP deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I pass thru again, I’ll be sure to stop by!!! Thank you!

Wonderful experience! I wanted to provide breakfast for Teacher Appreciation at my preschool. Called to inquire about about catering. Everyone I spoke with wwas just super nice and very helpful. They even gave me a 50% discount! I was expecting to pay full price. Thank you IHop for supporting our teachers. There was plenty of food and everything tasted great! Thank you for making our special event so much more special!

As a dasher, I go alot of places. There are some places that will ignore a dasher or just be flat out rude. That is not the case here. Ta'lyr was super fast friendly and has a great personality.
