Been going to ihop for years. Food is always pretty good, service is always pretty good. Our server was atentive and. Funn,y. We joked back and forth. It was a nice afternoon meal . Even bought 2 coffee cups. I like my souvenirs. (Sp?)

This location is without a doubt the best one so far. The food is awesome and fresh now let's see if posting this location IHOP " 9911 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78230" - from another location will the owner know what customer told them this on my visit Thursday June 11th. The server was so sweet, everything came out on time even when it was half empty. This IHOP you can genuinely see they try hard to get customers not compared to the IHOP on i10 and Dezavala.

Only reason I’m giving a 5 stars was because Berenice was just phenomenal! Service quality and just overall great experience. She did amazing giving suggestions and giving us amazing service. You hired the right person IHOP!

Newest review as of 6/11/26: We normally come on Thursdays after lunchtime. Friendly staff and our server, Bernice, is amazing. The manager is friendly and accommodating. Food is appetizing. The amount we get for the price is excellent. Old: We went on a Thursday at around 0920 and there was no wait. Friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. The only small thing was the servers have not been wearing masks and this is the 3rd time they forgot a side order but aside from that...yummy!

Our server, Casey, was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we sat down. They went above and beyond to make sure both the kids and I were happy and had everything we needed. It made our morning so stress-free and enjoyable.Delicious food and perfect hospitality. 10/10, 5 stars all the way! We will definitely be back.
