Finally some good food at a fair price. Our waitress Admeyer was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We never had to ask for refills, she was on top of it. We will definitely be back with this kind of service.

My first time eating at this location was a couple of weeks ago the food was good and our server Admire was so welcoming and patient with us best service ever she constantly checked on us and was never bothered by our constant requests we've returned twice now because of the service.

My family recently visit IHOP and our waitress name was Karen she was so good at her job .She seems to really like her job by the way she does her job. She keeps a smile on her face . This is the perfect opportunity to share how happy and pleased we are to come to this IHop (Bandera Trails in San Antonio. The quality, presentation and flavor of their entrees are comparable (sometimes better) than more “sophisticated “ restaurants. The personnel, from the manager to the person who picks up the plates are nice, personable and kind. We love our IHop❤️ We are always greeted with joy.

Our excellent server was Dameon. We came in mid rush hour with a very large group, including three antsy children and a very loud baby. Our server nailed it. Anticipated things even. It’s everything you’d normally expect from ihop, but it’s a very good ihop.
