We've gone to a bunch of regular IHOPs around the country and this was definitely a change but also nice. It the takes the homeyness of an IHOP and makes it a bit on the fancy side. Staff was prompt and very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The food all came out in very short order and cooked exactly like requested. I do understand that being a combined restaurant they have to sacrifice some things but I was a little bummed that they didn't have the crispy breakfast potatoes to go with my steak tips. Granted it is just my opinion and a lot of people prefer the hash browns but I found the potatoes so much better. I end up playing less Russian roulette of super crispy or super soggy that you do with the hash browns. The burgers that we ordered were cooked perfectly and made very well and even our picky burger eater ate all of hers. On that same note are picky waffle eater ate all of theirs as well and said it was cooked perfectly. So all in all good first time experience on the combined restaurant definitely a go again.

Traveled here from Houston and stopped by one of the nicest locations I've been! My local Applebee's closed down so it was great to meet this young man and this great staff!

The service was excellent. The breakfast tasted old like it was made earlier then reheated. Overall I would come visit again to give it another try. Sometimes behind the scenes, we as customers don't know what actually is going on with the cook and other staff.

Our server was Seleste. Seleste was very friendly, sweet and attentive. The manager came to our table and chatted with us. The restaurant was clean. We had an over all enjoyable experience!! Keep up the great work!

Brittany was my server she has such an amazing personality knew the menu from front to back. With any questions Brittany was able to answer them. Brittany was fast and on top of refills without having to ask. Brittany made sure everything was hot and out within a timely manner. The food was delicious and exactly what I was expecting. The Bloody Mary's are definitely delicious! The food was great. Minus the mashed potatoes were cold. The steak knives need to be sharpened too. Otherwise I was pleasantly surprised!

Forgot are servers name but she was amazing we spoke with George I believe his name was he asked if we were ok if we needed refills we didn’t but I was happy we were checked on. He looks very young to be a manager that means he’s doing something right ! Told him we will be back
