PRESLIE WAS THE BEST!! She was our server today during 4pm-6pm. She was great! Her energy was so incredible! She was genuinely so sweet and brought great energy to our table and made our service incredible! Best service I have ever received during my experiences at IHOP!

I’ve always loved Ihop and this has made my experience 100 times better. My server Preslie was nice, respectful and knew how to handle everything as if she was already a pro props to her and everyone else, the food was great. The place was clean, and the people were nice. Will be coming again!

Presley was without a doubt one of the best servers I have ever had at IHOP, and she made our visit stand out in the best possible way from the moment we walked in until the time we left. As soon as she greeted us, she had a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude that made us feel comfortable right away. It never felt like she was simply doing her job because she treated us with real kindness and respect throughout the entire meal. She was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, making sure our drinks stayed full, checking in at the perfect times, and always asking if there was anything else she could do to make our experience better. What impressed me the most was how easy she was to talk to. Every conversation felt natural, and she had an amazing personality that made the whole meal more enjoyable. She had a great sense of humor, a positive attitude, and an energy that could brighten the room. Even simple interactions with her were enjoyable because she was genuinely friendly and seemed to care about making every customer feel welcome. One thing that really stood out was how she treated everyone with the same level of kindness and respect. Even though the restaurant was busy, she never looked stressed or frustrated. Instead, she stayed calm, organized, and continued smiling while making sure every table received excellent service. It takes a special kind of person to stay so positive in a fast-paced environment, and Presley handled it effortlessly. She made everyone at our table feel like we mattered, and that level of customer service is something that is becoming harder and harder to find. She represents excellent customer service in every way and is the kind of employee who encourages people to return because of how welcome she makes them feel.
