He showed genuine concern for making sure everything was perfect and made us feel very welcome. Rudy's service is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. Without a doubt, other servers in the franchise could be inspired by the dedication and attention he offers to customers. Congratulations to Rudy for the excellent work! I want to give a special shout-out to Rudy, our server at IHOP. Every time my family and I come in, Rudy always takes great care of us. His service is consistently quick, friendly, and exceptional. He makes sure everything is taken care of and always goes above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Rudy is truly an outstanding worker and a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. IHOP is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I honestly believe Rudy deserves a raise for all the hard work and dedication he puts into taking care of his customers. Thank you, Rudy, for always making our visits great! 🙌

Erik is the GOAT. Literally became a goat and ran outside to save a man in distress. Bad news the man broke his leg. Good thing Erik was there. He swept the man off his feet and flew him to the hospital in Mayo Clinic - Rochester in Minnesota, because apparently thats the best one. Then flew back cleaned the tables, and did a triple back tuck. Then gave me my check, and flew me home.

Erik. My man. My soul. My… Everything. When he first rode up to our table on his trusty steed, he said our waters were free. It was possibly the kindest, bestest, magicalistest thing that had ever happened. He deserves to own IHOP. Maybe even all pancakes everywhere. Maybe even…. The world… thank you Erik. Thank you.

ERIK IS PROBABLY THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD. I DONT KNOW ANY SERVER WHO IS DOING AS GOOD AS HIM. HE CLIMBED MOUNT EVEREST TO GET ME MY FOOD.

Erik genuinely saved my life at 11:30pm in iHop. I was in an extremely depressive state and he lifted me up and guided me like the Lord. I don’t even believe in the Lord. But he cleaned the tables, parted the filth like the red sea and changed my perspective on morality for the better. I’ve never had a server as dedicated and perfect as him. Thank you to the absolute goat, Erik.
