Stephanie was my server, she was amazing. So friendly and sweet, so chipper for the morning. My drink never ran low. She brought my food out within minutes. She made the experience excellent. I will be back because of her. Highest praise. She deserves a raise.

This was our second visit to the restaurant and it was on the free stack of pancakes day. We were going to use our free pancakes coupon, but the server said to save it for another day, because of the Free pancakes day. It was nice to have some honesty. The service was great and so was the food, but they need to refurbish the dining area, or modernize. 5th visit Hannah N, was wonderful amazingly kind, she was on the ball plus the food was good again

Hello IHOP followers! I have been very grateful that I hop is open after hours and they deliver to my home. I have been using Uber Eats for delivery orders for several years. I have ordered protein, pancakes, and sirloin tip steak dinners that includes incredible smashed potatoes, and green beans are absolutely delicious! (Not out of a can) Every single time I received a delivery order I have been surprised at the high quality Of the food and the way it is prepared. On April 14 at 11:15 PM I ordered 3 Dinners through Uber eats from IHOP on 12th St. in Ogden. 1 Item that was new to me was a big breakfast burrito. The other two orders were things I’m familiar with. Unfortunately, There is something horribly wrong with all three of my items. I was so upset that I cried to report the issues to Uber Eats Within 30 minutes of receiving my order. I photographed the items and question they would only allow me to upload one photograph per dinner item, which was totally insufficient. I filled out tons of forms and it was finally told that I would Receive a $5 Credit to my Uber account for a bill that was $59.42 in total Since there wasn’t one single item that was edible (Excluding the sides, such as the green beans and the mashed potatoes they were just great) That was edible. A five dollar refund for Has $59 in $.42 worth obscene. The next day, I reported again to the Uber Eats and was told my concern would be escalated, and they couldn’t get guarantee any kind of outcome. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to give IHOP On 12th St. in Ogden a chance to make it right for me. There was one meal in particular I would really have loved replace replaced. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was so unhappy with Uber Eats that I was hoping I hopped might Want to replace some of the items Or give me some kind of gift card to using the future. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOORAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! iPhone in to the IHOP and spoke to a very nice gentleman who turned out not to be a person in power, but it was kind enough to listen to my entire story about what had happened and was very concerned and kind. When I was done telling my tale of woe (I was so embarrassed) he asked me if I’d like to be Connected to the manager. DOH! A wonderful woman named Amber took my car and asked for a couple Pieces of information from my receipt and Was so responsive and apologetic, and so very kind about my concerns. She was completely empathic and kind. I would give her a raise if I had the ability to do so because she didn’t made me feel like I was trying to cheat the restaurant or a jerk or anything at all negative she was unbelievably supportive. !!!!!!!!!!!! Hooray for IHOP in Ogden on 12th St.!!!!!!! Hooray for Amber the manager at IHOP on 12th St.!!!!!!! So Amber said she totally understood and asked me what I’d like to do. I asked her if she could possibly replace some of the items on my order and she asked if I wanted to come down right now and I said yes, please! That would be great! I drove down there in 20 minutes and was treated with kindness and respect and she replaced everything within 15 minutes and it was absolutely flawlessly delivered! Whomever with cooking that day did a perfect job on every single item. I’ve never seen it that flawless. The The sirloin tips that beans in the mashed potatoes were perfection!!! The protein Pancakes, which are A little odd because of the extra items that are in there that makes them nutritious have never tasted better in all the times I’ve ever tried them!!!! Even when I ate them when I was dying in which almost never happens. I brought home a stack of High protein, pancake, pancakes are absolutely delicious! Perfect, perfectly cook cooked and taste that amazing! I am so grateful to the chef for doing such an amazing job on my re-order . My bad order Delivered by Uber Eats was a fluke and not the norm. I’m super grateful to Amber for making this right for me. You ROCK!
