If anyone has been to this place in the last decade and had a bad experience, you must try this again. I was worried how full the parking lot was (50%) on a Saturday at 11am, since this place was bad years ago. I wondered how long till we got a table, until we got drinks, until we got food. We came in and half the tables were full, there was one server and multiple waitresses. We were seated immediately and we only waited 5 minutes for drinks, and only 15 minutes for food. The service was great and the food was yummy, not cooked too little or too much. The only issue was some cleanliness. Table, dishes and utensils were clean. The menu, wall dividers, and windows were covered sticky and need cleaned. I will definitely be back. It's nice to have an American diner so close again.

Gaby is our absolute favorite. We come here regularly because she has made each experience EXCELLENT! Amazing with kids, fast, and incredible service! Today we had the pleasure of meeting Homero who proved that Gaby has set the standard for excellence. He was kind helpful and absolutely charming! 10/10 would recommend either of these SPECTACULAR humans.

This ihop was unusually busy for a mid week afternoon. Staff was most wonderful. The manager that was on (Jose) was very personable. He came out to our table and checked on us to see how everything was.

We sat at our table for an hour and 20 minutes and haven't seen our food yet. I would understand if it was busy but there were maybe 3 tables with a total of 15 people here. The slowest I have ever seen. They said the kitchen was backed up but I have a hard time believing that because there's nobody here. Don't know if I will come back. After this review I spoke with the new manager at this location, Tanner, he was very professional and guaranteed me that there were changes coming to this restaurant. I gave him a shot and went back. The wait times were very short and the food came out hot and they got our orders right. I have been back twice since the bad experience and both times warrant an edit of my review. I would now give a 3.5-4 star and I am sure we will go back. I am going to re-review now a few years later. We came in tonight an hour before closing. Yeah, we are those people. The one gal working was very pleasant. They got our food out quick and it was perfect. Props to whomever the cook was tonight. Well done Payson IHOP!

Well, basically your Basic IHOP. Food was good, Location was Clean. Our Server was friendly but extremely tired. Why mentioning that? Well she was so(!) tired, that when WE ordered, she was asking several times "sorry i am pretty tired, what.did you.just say?" And "sorry, what Drink did you want" while taking down our Order.

One of the best IHOP locations I have ever been to. Service is always fast and friendly. Food has always been fresh and hot. I have eaten at this location a few times and I will definitely return.

We were warned a large party arrived just before us. In spite of a little delay, our server did a good job and the sirloin tips were delicious. Too bad they don't stay open later, they turned away other guests while we finished.
