I work nearby and order from this IHOP often. The food is always hot and fresh, but what really stands out is Ana Maria. She’s incredibly kind, always greets you with a warm smile, and makes sure everything is right. She truly makes my day—IHOP is lucky to have her!

Service was quick and the food was ok for a chain. It is overpriced with out breakfast total at $70 with a $9 tip. We won't be eating here again for the quality and price don't add up.

About a month or so ago my wife placed and picked up a carryout order for me. They forgot the hash browns, and while it wasn't the end of the world for me, she decided to call and complain. The manager told her that he would take care of it on her next visit. Two days ago she placed another carryout order, and I can't really say if she planned to go through the process of having the manager make good on his month-old promise. The reason I don't know is because when she picked up the order, the hostess said, "You're good". Free. No questions asked, no hassle, no finding the manager, etc. I cannot begin to tell you how truly impressed we both are at the fact that they not only went above and beyond to fix a pretty minor glitch, but also have a system in place to do so seamlessly. Thank you Ihop and the boss! Very impressed. As far as how much we spent in reference to this visit, I put 1-10, as there is no button for zero. 😊

We went after Christmas so it was easy to get a table. Our waitress was very attentive. All of our orders were correct & we got them in a timely fashion. I will definitely come back anytime.

Service was great, and the steak tips with eggs were point on! Steak was a perfect medium, and the grilled onions had a little crunch left. I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while. I will definitely go more often.

I had a great experience at IHOP! While they're known for pancakes, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their chicken quesadillas and shrimp and fries were. The quesadillas were packed with flavor, cheesy, and perfectly grilled, while the shrimp were crispy and well-seasoned. The fries were hot and fresh, making for a satisfying meal. Beyond the food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure everything was perfect and checked in regularly. Ms. Mimi was amazing took my husband's and my order, brought it out quickly checked on us and all with a very nice smile and pleasant tone of voice. Our food was delicious and so much that we've decided to change Ihop locations for our weekend breakfast dates. We also like to mention the hottest that seated us, he may have been the manager but he pleasantly allow us to move our seat which was so important has I was experiencing body spasms and didn't want to be notice or disturb others.
