We love this IHOP. We have been coming to it for the past 30 years. It has outlasted many restaurants in this area of Arlington, VA. The staff is always quick to get your order to you & pleasant. Although we have finally moved far away we visit Arlington quite often & always come here to eat a meal if we can work it in! Thanks so much IHOP! May 2021 - Thank goodness we managed to grab a delicious meal here with you all at IHOP. Santina, like all the servers here, was attentive and quick to get our order out. She kept our coffees full. IHOP we plan to visit you on your next visit. Please don't move to another location! Thanks so much. Finally it is 2026. We have moved back to Arlington. We get to enjoy our favorite IHOP very often now.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. I occasionally like to come here for a late breakfast and build my own omelette (it can get complicated lol) and they never get annoyed. You can tell the staff enjoy serving the people that come here and brings me so much joy and makes my experience that much better each time here. Management: Keep doing what you’re doing and foster an enjoyable and warm atmosphere!

This 24-hour restaurant serves as a great choice when local restaurants are closed after 10pm. We only had pancakes and hash browns. Both were quite good.
