I went to this Ihop at 3am with my brother because we were fasting. Our waiter her name was Carrie nicest waiter I ever met really nice kept checking in with us asking how everything’s going. Honestly she was being generous and thoughtful and she cared about her customers.

I had an amazing experience at IHOP recently, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Itzel. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She greeted us with a smile, made sure we were comfortable, and took our order quickly while answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Throughout the entire meal, Itzel consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Our drinks were always refilled before we had to ask, and she made sure our food came out correctly and in a timely manner. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, she never appeared rushed and still gave us excellent service. What stood out the most was her positive attitude. Itzel was genuinely kind and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable, but Itzel managed to be both. The food was great, but the outstanding service from Itzel is what truly made the visit memorable. She represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition for the hard work she puts into making customers feel welcome. Because of her, I will definitely be returning to IHOP and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you, Itzel, for making our visit such a wonderful experience!

I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to Carrie. She was friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She made sure everything was correct with my order, checked on us regularly, and had a positive attitude that made our visit even more enjoyable. Our food was good and the restaurant was clean but over everything else Ms. Carrie was our waitress and she was AMAZING! I came in after a long visit in the E.R. so I was having a rough day but her kindness made it a better day in the end. It's hard to find such good service and kindness now days but she was everything you'd want and more. Listen up Ihop, Ms. Carrie needs her own restaurant!

Carrie salvaged what had been a miserable day with her great service & kind heart. She should train all new employees at IHOP. She is the type of waitress that once was. We were greeted immediately, drink orders taken & speedily delivered, refills were offered, our food arrived at the table hot, & we were checked on within minutes to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The restaurant was cleanly, & management visited our table quickly when we asked to speak to him. This IHOP has the winning team on night shift. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.
